What do I need to personalize something?
It varies by piece. Engraving and stamping run off a name, plush and embroidery need photos, and Thumbies pieces need a print file. Every product page says which of the three it wants.
What if my pet wasn't a dog or a cat?
Horse families have two pieces made for them rather than adapted, and most of the rest of the store was never species-specific to begin with. If you're unsure whether something fits, ask us before you order rather than after.
