When you check out, you promise that all info you provide (name, address, payment details, etc.) is accurate and that you have the right to use the payment method supplied. Please keep your account details up to date so we can process your orders smoothly.

 

4. Products & Orders

  • Images and colors on-screen can look different in real life—we do our best to show products accurately but can’t guarantee a perfect match.

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We’ll email you once we’ve accepted and processed payment.

  • We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., for suspected fraud or stock issues). If that happens, we’ll let you know and refund any charges promptly.

  • All purchases are for personal use only—not for resale or export.

 

5. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices, discounts, and promotions can change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, and customs charges. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full total shown at checkout.

 

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once we hand a package to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We’re not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Email support@lovebaxter.com within 30 days of delivery if you need a return, exchange, or refund.

  • Personalized items can’t be returned or refunded once production has begun.

  • We’ll do everything we can to make things right.

 

8. Intellectual Property

Everything on our site—text, images, logos, designs, etc.—belongs to Love, Baxter or our partners. You can browse and shop, but you can’t copy, modify, or use our content without written permission.

 

9. Third-Party Tools & Links

We host our store on Shopify and may offer tools or links from other companies. We provide them “as is” without warranties and aren’t responsible for what third parties do. Use third-party tools and sites at your own risk and be sure to read their terms.

 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where prohibited by law, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind—express or implied.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Love, Baxter (and our directors, employees, partners, and suppliers) won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services or any products you purchase.

If your use of the Services causes us legal trouble (for example, you violate these Terms or someone else’s rights), you agree to defend and indemnify Love, Baxter and Shopify.

California law (without regard to conflicts-of-law rules) governs these Terms. Any disputes will be heard in state or federal courts located in or covering San Diego, California.
