Got a concern? We're here to help.
Email support@lovebaxter.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll review the situation and do everything we can to make it right—whether that’s a replacement, exchange, or refund.
How it Works:
- Reach out first. Please send us a quick note (and any helpful photos) at support@lovebaxter.com.
- Follow our instructions. We’ll reply with simple steps and the correct return address.
- Refund or exchange. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or ship the replacement. Banks can take up to 10 business days to post credits; if you don’t see it after 15, let us know.
Return Condition Checklist:
- Unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Tags attached (if applicable)
- Include your order number or receipt
Personalized & Custom Items:
Because they’re created just for you, personalized products can’t be returned or refunded once production starts. Need to tweak something? Email us right away—if we haven’t begun work, we’ll adjust or cancel the order.
