Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Production Times
- Ready-to-ship items leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, U.S. holidays excluded).
- Digital gifts (e-cards, downloadable templates) are delivered by email within 1 business day.
- Custom embroidered pet clothing ships in approximately 4 weeks.
- Engraving adds 1–2 business days to the stated timeline.
- Orders placed after 5 p.m. PT begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Method & Delivery Estimate
We currently offer a single service—Standard Shipping—handled by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Once your order leaves the warehouse, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days. Because some items ship directly from our trusted suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple packages. You will never be charged more than the total shipping cost shown at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs, Duties & Taxes
- Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on item weight, destination, and the carrier’s current pricing.
- Spend $75 USD or more and Standard Shipping is free within the continental United States (excludes any single carrier rate over $25).
- Products or promotions marked “Free Shipping” ship at no cost regardless of order total.
- International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees their country may charge.
4. Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup
We do not offer local delivery, curbside pickup, or in-person shopping at this time.
5. Changes, Cancellations & Returns
Email support@lovebaxter.com within 30 days of delivery to edit an order, request a cancellation, or start a return.
- If production has not begun, we can modify or refund the order in full.
- Personalized items (engraved or embroidered) cannot be returned once crafting starts unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Service Interruptions & Weather Delays
Carrier strikes, severe weather, or other events outside our control may extend delivery times. If a delay pushes your estimated arrival by more than 48 hours, we will email you with updated information and options.
7. Order Tracking
As soon as a shipping label is created, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking details usually appear within 24 hours. Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam folder or contact us, and we will resend it.
