Every result is one of a kind, because the ashes are.
Two things to know before you order, easier to hear now than after. The sample is consumed making the artwork, so plan that teaspoon as something you're giving rather than lending. And cremains from alkaline hydrolysis aren't accepted right now, which rules out aquamation.
The embroidered portrait pieces take the photo route instead, stitching your pet's likeness in thread on pieces you can wear or hang.

How does the ashes artwork work?
The kit arrives with everything needed to send a teaspoon of ashes. The crystal structures inside are photographed to create an abstract piece unique to your pet.
Do I get the ashes back?
No. The sample is respectfully consumed during the process, so send only what you're comfortable parting with.
What if my pet was aquamated?
EverAfter doesn't accept cremains from alkaline hydrolysis at this time, and aquamation is alkaline hydrolysis. A photo-based piece is the route to take instead.
Do I need professional photos for the portrait pieces?
No. A clear daylight photo with their face toward the camera works, and phone cameras are fine.
